Pretend to print it but change the destination to "Save to Google Drive"
In Google Drive click "recent" you should see your article as a pdf. Drag it into your folder
Open your folder. Right click on the article and choose open with Google Docs
It will create a google docs version of the article in your folder.
Open the google doc. The formatting will be messed up but the text of the document should be there.
Highlight the evidence you want to tag.
Either click the + sign that appears, click insert comment, or press CTRL+ALT+M
Add tag or other annotations

While the site is now considered "closed," you continue using it for searching purposes. Be aware that the website is not updated anymore and the ask a librarian services are no longer available.
