At Grant Union High School our Student Government (ASB) is an active and positive group of young people who truly seek to make a difference and enrich the lives of their fellow Pacers. These students plan and execute an array of campus activities to encourge Pacers to get connected. They also oversee the student finances on campus and work hard daily to continue the Proud Pacer Legacy.
*Pre Approvals must be submitted to ASB for approval prior to any purchases, payments, or reimbursement. They can be found in the Cable Studio with Ms. Shavaun or in E-2 wIth Mrs. Acosta
Fundraising Petition-Revenue Report:
If you would like to hold an event or fundraise money, you will need to fill out this petition prior to making any arrangements
If you are having your event on school campus, you must submit this document for ASB approval with your Fundraising Petition. You do must NOT get any signature until ASB has approved your event.
Fundraising Tally Sheet:
When fundraising, you must keep a tally of each individual item and its price, along with the tally of how many of each item you sold. You must submit this document along with your deposit.
If you are receiving a donation of any sort for your team, club, academy or class, you must submit a donation form for pre-approval from ASB.
W-9 and Service Agreement:
A W-9 must be submitted once every year for all vendors. If the vendor is providing a service and will be present at your event, you must submit a service agreement, W-9, and a quote along with your *PreApproval to ASB for approval.
